Why it is used

The information is used to create and secure your account, respond to investor enquiries, understand broad investment interests, maintain records of consent, and communicate relevant next steps. Creating a profile does not make you an investor or guarantee access to an offering.

Service providers and storage

Firebase Authentication is used for email/password authentication and Firestore stores your profile. Optional profile photos are uploaded to Cloudinary. These services may process data in other jurisdictions according to their own terms and configurations. The company should confirm applicable data-transfer and retention requirements before launch.

Passwords and account security

Your password is handled by Firebase Authentication and is not saved in your NEXGEN CAPITAL profile document. Do not upload identity documents, bank statements, passwords, payment credentials or confidential source-of-funds records through this starter profile flow.

Sharing and retention

Access should be limited to the account holder and authorised personnel with a legitimate business need, subject to applicable law. NEXGEN CAPITAL must set and publish a retention schedule, process for access/correction/deletion requests, complaint contact and any legally required disclosures before accepting live registrations.

Your choices and contact

For privacy requests, contact the company using its verified business contact details once published. The placeholder email on the website must be replaced before launch.
